I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and have worked in the mental health field for 22 years. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting, family conflict, grief and loss. I have also assisted many individuals who have faced trauma of one form or another.

My approach is eclectic, strength based, and I tailor it to suit the needs of the individual or individual’s that I am working with. I believe that in life we all face challenges and how we overcome these experiences help to shape us as we grow. I view my role as supporting, challenging, empowering, and working with the individual as they move through the process of facing their challenges and overcoming them. My goal is to guide my clients in discovering solutions, balance, strength in moving forward in their path and life goals.

It takes strength and courage to take the step towards change and a happier more fulling life. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
