He's awesome

I have found my therapist to have great listening and recall skills which help in my support. I like that he lets me be me, and pressures me at times to challenge my past beliefs and core thoughts to realise most my thinking really does not apply in the current to future and I need to adapt by seeing these things and choosing from here forward. I do feel progress is being made and that I am in a better place because of our sessions and appreciate with the current change over that most all things will remain the same. My fears will need to be dealt with but I have plenty to attend to just now so in the near future things will lighten up for me. I am grateful and very appreciative to have been matched with this counselor and do look forward to the future at this point of geting over myself! lol

Life is a process. However, there are times when we get stuck on a rung as we progress. We want to climb but the distance down looks too scary and the journey ahead looks too far. That is where finding help comes in. My name is Robert and I have been a therapist for 8 years. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've had experiences with at least 3 different therapists and Robert is by far the best. Each and every session with him will be a meaningful conversation that will get you closer to where you're wanting to go. Robert is very good at asking thoughtful questions to facilitate my mind to think in different ways and I am excited about the growth I've experienced and will continue to working with him.

Robert is fantastic to work with. Highly responsive, respectful and insightful. His help over messaging to my questions really time has helped us accomplish more in our video sessions than I had in months in previous counseling setting with no messaging access. Very grateful for our partnership in my counseling journey!
