Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I am so thankful to Ophelia, we have just done a couple of sessions but I do feel like I have benefited alot from the therapy. I feel I am making progress with the tools she has given me so far. Thank you Ophelia.

I have had 2 sessions with Ophelia so far and she is by far the best therapist I have ever had. She really and truly listens and treats me with respect. I’ve had bad experiences with previous therapists so I am a little untrusting with them and have put off having further therapy because of my negative past experiences. Ophelia is non-judgemental and non-condescending. She has really restored my faith in therapists. I would highly recommend her. Thank you Ophelia.

Ophelia is an amazing therapist. I was a little skeptical having never done this, but I went into it willing to try. While I've only had 3 sessions she has given me much insight on some of the things I'm dealing with. Id highly recommend her!

Reviewed June 2021

She is so pleasant and she understands exactly where I’m coming from and offers the most objective advice and practical tools for me to use. I also appreciate her kindness and spiritual awareness.
