I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of direct counseling experience working with children, adolescents and adults in multiple settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use addictions, depression, anxiety, history of various traumas, domestic violence, Bipolar Disorder, family-related issues, parenting issues, parent-child conflict, relationship issues, intimacy issues, work-related issues, etc.

My counseling style is empathetic, understanding and engaging. I believe in treating my clients with the utmost respect, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, compassion and genuineness deserving of every person regardless of their situations or circumstances. My counseling approach is extremely non-judgmental and non-biased. I want my clients to feel that they are safe to say whatever it is that is on their heart and mind. My therapeutic approaches consist of motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. However, I will ensure that the therapeutic approach used will be tailored to my client's specific needs.
