Welcome!
I honor your interest in seeking out a therapist to work with and hope to provide some information here to help guide your choice.
I am a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over eight years in working as a therapist with past experience in community mental health supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a range of concerns including mood and thought disorders, adjustments to life changes, difficult choices, challenges in relationships, and traumatic life events and related stress.
My approach to therapy is grounded in my eclectic training and informed by a thoughtful application of theories and interventions that can support your wellbeing and self-expression. I believe that the first step to therapy is offering a supportive relationship that can help you find security in the present moment and from there offering you opportunities for increasing self-awareness, helping you understand yourself and how your choices can affect your health and relationships, and providing the space for you to address what you need to in therapy to grow and heal.
I received my Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions in 2015 and have stayed active in seeking additional education and training, including a three year Gestalt training program completed in 2021. I offer this training as a resource to you and consider you the expert of your life.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Extremely professional, one of the best therapist I've ever had!
Christine is awesome, and makes me feel like I can talk about anything. She listen to me very well and always has really good feedback and insight on a lot of things we go over
Christine works with me in ways that I've never had a therapist work with me. She helps me through my thoughts, and even tries to help by guiding me through them to work out what I should do when I find myself in difficult situations. She's a wonderful therapist, and I'd recommend her to anybody looking to get into therapy.
Christine is really graceful in allowing me to heal, grieve, process and grow. I am so happy she is my therapist. I highly recommend better help to friends, coworkers and random people thats how useful Christine and her experience have been in my life. I am a lot less anxious and much calmer after every time I haveva session with Christine.
Christine is a wonderful therapist, very easy to talk to, gives great constructive exercises to do and find my sessions are really helpful!
I think Christine is great. Her guidance and validation over the last year has changed my perception of what I’m actually going/have gone through. I feel listened to and I appreciate when she takes a pause to really think about the intention she’s putting into her next words and thoughts for me. I am now one of those people that say “well my therapist says…”
If you are looking for someone to take in what you are saying and then allow you to paint the picture that is you, Christine is the person for you. She provides room for self-discovery and shows you the utmost respect and dignity.
Christine is extremely smart. She is really helpful navigating anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Major depressive disorder and stress. Her responses are so quick that you feel like you are having a session even if it's over Journaling and not an actual video session. I really appreciate Her patience and professionalism. She makes therapy something I look forward to and it feels like a team effort instead of figuring life out by myself. It's almost like having a coach who is skilled in the mind and body connections. I feel supported and heard after working with Christine. Her sessions have allowed me to make a lot of personal progress and have deeper more meaningful relationships. Christine is a highly qualified therapist.
An absolute blessing of a person
Christine really listens and remembers what I share in our sessions. She has helped me explore my inner landscape and process some old junk I've been carrying around for years. My life has changed greatly — I feel lighter, more motivated, and more in touch with how I feel. All this has made decision-making easier and I sleep better at night which were big goals of mine. I also feel so empowered and more grounded. I love her and will continue to work with her!
Christine has been amazing to work with on my walk to better mental wellness.
I’ve enjoyed my time with Christine so far - she’s been helpful in asking me questions to get to the root of my feelings and how to name the exact feeling. We are working on calming exercises and using breath to get myself together when I’m experiencing moments of stress
Christine was fantastic. She was very understanding and had very helpful insights to my situations. I highly recommend her!
Christine is insightful to talk with. I look forward to talking with her each week.
