Welcome and thank you for checking out my profile-I truly believe the strongest people are those who ask for help when they need it. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have over ten years experience working with the college aged population on a variety of presenting concerns. I believe strongly in meeting a client where they are and working through sessions by helping clients examine their world around them in a way that allows them to function at their best. My approach is client centered, non-judgmental and focused on helping to examine and/or challenge patterns of thinking that can contribute to stress and anxiety. Some areas of focus I work with often include family/intimate relationships, panic disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD to name a few. I would love the opportunity to meet and work with you focusing on progress, not perfection in all areas of a person's life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

With only three sessions down so far, I have felt such a strong connection with Traci. In the limited time we've had to get to know one another, I feel like she understands me so much. She takes the time to listen to my problems and responds to them with a deep understanding of the human psyche and emotions. Ever after our first session, I felt like she offered great insight and it made me trust her advice. I recommend Traci and BetterHelp for anyone looking for someone to talk to who they can trust and who will listen and understand them completely, without judgement.

Traci is extremely respectful and makes sure I understand she is there to help, not judge. She’s very patient as I try to articulate myself and share my problems with her and she is always present. Not in a superficial way, but it a caring way. She makes it comfortable to speak with her and I really appreciate the time I get to spend with her because I always feel more well equipped to handle my problems afterwards.

So far in my sessions with Traci, she has done a great job of treating me with respect. Her experience working with Adult ADHD as well as general anxiety management has given me confidence and made me realize I’m not alone in the things I struggle with. Her demeanor is both professional and friendly, and definitely is what I was hoping for from my first therapist.
