Catherine is kind and helpful
Catherine is very warm and empathetic and is diplomatic in her delivery during therapy sessions. I did not feel any judgement or negative feelings towards me. In fact, she makes you feel understood and gives an unbiased 3rd party perspective on situations. Every now and then we even have a good laugh and joke around on stuff. Because of her I am able to reach my mindset goals and complete therapy (for the time being). I highly recommend her especially if you're going through relationship/friendship type issues.
