Elizabeth has been so wonderful! She offers great advice and empowers me to be authentic myself.

I have only been seeing Ms. Ogea for a few weeks now. In that time, I can honestly say she has helped me more than other in person counseling I have had prior. She has been instrumental in helping me recognize things in myself that I had previously ignored or things that have gone unnoticed. I will definitely continue my sessions with her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Elizabeth listens well and provides valuable feedback. She is friendly and easy to talk to and at the same time will deliver the truth which is not always easy, but that is what a good therapist does!

This woman is GODSENT she has helped me so much with so many different things. I don’t have alot of time to sit down and do sessions but we will text back and forth like a friend that is available whenever i need her. Some times it will take a while for her to reply but whenever she does, i have her full attention and she usually writes me a long dissection of what I’ve told her and how to fix the issues. She’s wonderful, very understanding and kind. She’s changed my life so much just in casual texts
