Neal is a consummate professional. This was the first therapist I have had who provided me with exercises that, when done consistently, helped make my life more manageable and helped me to stand up for myself to make decisions in my best interest. Neal listens extremely well and picks up upon the fine details that can help identify and address the actual situation.

I am so grateful to have found Neal! After meeting with two different therapists, I was feeling a bit discouraged as they were not the right fit for me. I liked what I read about Neal's background and gave it a shot. He is the perfect match for me! He understands my energy, is gentle with his words, and asks the right questions that allow me to reframe my thoughts. He's really pretty great and I'm so excited to continue my 'journey' with him.
