I have focused my attention on treating adults with anxiety and depression. I believe in learning coping skills and positive communication to deal with significant life events. The goal of treatment is validation through re-focusing on individual strengths in order to improve overall quality of life. .

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jonna Phelps is a wonderful therapist. She’s easy to access, responds in a timely manner and has helped me process many issues. I plan to resume therapy i the future and hope that Ms. Phelps is a available again when I do.
Jonna has been so great. I've tried therapy in the past but had never made it past the first few sessions. With Jonna it was different. She's incredibly smart, easy to connect with, makes me feel like my struggles are normal, reminds me when things are not my fault, and also holds me accountable for the things I need to do to create a better life for myself. I've had some big breakthroughs with her that have been so insightful, and you know it made an impact when you think about it again many times after the session is over. I am very grateful for all she has taught me and could not recommend her enough.
She is understanding, helpful, smart, and extremely knowledgeable, caring and dependable
I have tried therapy with BetterHelp before but never quite made it to the 3rd session. Jonna changed that for me. She actively listens to me, respects what I have to say, is able to always give me great advice that applies to the situation, and does a great job in how she gives me feedback that may be hard for me to hear. I genuinely feel like she's someone I can be honest with and someone who will support me through new obstacles.
Jonna has been very helpful as a therapist and provides insight that I’ve often not thought of or considered. She listens and supportive and encouraging. Her knowledge and expertise surrounding dementia and other related diseases are unmatched and I’m so thankful that I was was matched with her.
As someone with ADHD, I need someone who’s the perfect balance of knowing when to be comforting and knowing when to call me on my crap. She’s a really good fit in that way!!!
Ms.Phelps is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has been a major contributor to the betterment of my mental health. I highly value my time with her and her advice/input, I am extremely thankful to have the opportunity to receive counseling from her.
Jonna is extremely positive and she knows how to help me learn how to be happy. She looks for positivity in situations. I like having conversations and she has conversations with me and gives me feedback to what I'm feeling. She's a great therapist and she's someone I would whole heartedly recommend.
She happens to be the best fit for me as she has a background in senior citizen care/dementia, like me and just has the right tone, pace, everything. I was about to give up on better help. But she saved it.
Jonna is a wonderful counselor and has supported me tremendously in the short time we’ve worked together. She is a skilled listener and is always very responsive. I also appreciate her honest feedback and encouragement.
I’ve been seeing Jonna for 6 months now, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve still got a lot of work to do, but with her help, I’ve come a LONG way. I’m also a sensitive little butterfly and some therapists have been too much for me. In the past, therapy hasn’t been a pleasant experience. Jonna is patient and kind, but she also doesn’t stand for my bull crap excuses. She has supported me in some big life changes and I couldn’t be more grateful for her.
Jonna is a great listener and has very effective worksheets to help you think about your strengths and raise self-esteem and confidence. I have had 4 different counselors and she is the best.
Jonna brings patience and wisdom to my sessions with her.
She is great and listens very well
Johnna gets it, whatever it is, and has very direct language and strategies to course correct thinking and build a more positive self image and base code.
My experience with Jonna has been very beneficial. She has a very useful, structured approach. She uses worksheets that help me understand my life and helps her learn more about me. If we both start to speak, or she is speaking and I start to speak, she immediately stops speaking. She is a very good listener. She does all she can to help me. But she makes it clear that I need to do the work to help myself.
Jonna is awsome she helps me think open my eyes. I was lost shes helps and challanges me to think and understand alot about my self. helping get back to the person who enjoys life.
Jonna has been extremely helpful! She kind , caring and compassionate!
