Some things that I have found work well for myself in creating a balanced life are gardening, spending time in nature, running, movement/dance and reading fiction.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Thoughtful responses in a timely manner that are useable, helpful and inspiring. Thank you!
Tim gave me tremendously insightful advice on each topic I brought to the conversation. I consider myself / circumstances complicated & I felt he understood me well & must have done his research as he was never off in his counsel & advice. He always got where I was going with a topic & kept me going in the right direction (I felt). He had given me some optional homework assignments, which at first I was like "I'll never have time for this" But when I sat & tried at least one of them I saw how helpful it was. After that I did all homework assignments with gusto. He truly chose the right profession & I wish him a world of good for the help he has given me & I'm sure many others! Many thanks Tim!
Hes very professional and courtious to my needs and confidential. Great person who responds well and in a timely matter.
He has been awesome so far.
