Hi there!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with nearly 20 years of experience working as a individual and family counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, mood disorders, parenting problems, and ADHD just to name a few. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am passionate about my work and I work with clients without judgment or biases. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, psychodynamic, and empathic counseling techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My goal is to work together to identify and work towards specific treatment goals and objectives in order to help you become more empowered no matter your current situation.

I look forward to working with you!

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
