Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She is a great counselor and she is honest.
Mary cole is enlightened, wise, and kind. Even when I dread coming to a session I’m always at ease knowing I’ll be speaking with Mary. She’s offers support, insight, and options. She has made this journey into therapy easy and enjoyable.
Mary has made me feel comfortable to share and be my most honest self which has helped me address multiple things. She has a calm and understanding approach but can also be direct in her pulling out different points from what I have said. I appreciate the room she has given me to talk and feel heard. Also the accountability she has provided that has helped me a lot. I feel supported, guided and I am actively learning about my own and others behavioural patterns. I would highly recommend Mary.
I have tried counseling before with quite a few different counselors. I have only clicked with two of those. Mary is one of those I feel like I truly benefit from speaking with. She is smart, listens well, and offers great feedback and assistance.
A great counselor is hard to find. Some people search for weeks, months, sometimes even years to find a counselor that just matches their unique vibe. Counselors are like friends, once you find a great one, you can’t let them go. Mary is that counselor for me. She’s become like a friend, it’s so easy to open up and talk to her. I always feel so comfortable, like I can say anything and not feel judged with her. I think everyone, to be honest, starts counseling because they want a 100% unbiased non-judgemental ear. With Mary that’s the vibe you get, like you don’t need to be anything more or less than your authentic self. If you want someone who’s actually going to listen to you, care, and give you uplifting feedback, you’ve found your match with Mary.
After just two sessions with Mary she was very helpful in guiding me to gain great insight to my situation. I look forward to more sessions with her.

Mary Cole is a wonderful counselor. I found the way, she mixes thought-provoking worksheet with phone call to be very helpful, as it helped me understand myself while be understood. She has helped me discover and understand my emotions and situations. She has also helped me build a positive support system. I will definitely recommend Mary as a counselor.
Ms. Cole has been extremely helpful with my self healing journey. She has given me practical ways to help myself through hard moments. She’s encouraged me and she’s helped me address and move forward with my grief. I’ve come to some crucial realizations while working with her over the last couple of months about some of the relationships in my life and I feel better equipped to deal with them now and I’m extremely grateful.
She has been very positive and encouraging.
Mary was so helpful to me, I really felt like I was being listened to and she gave me some very good strategies to use when I need them. She gave me lots of interesting things to think about it, and I would definitely recommend her if you want someone who will listen to you and really try to hear and understand what you are saying, and give you helpful tactics and strategies for anything you may need them for.
