She has a pretty great knack at listening to my rambling (that I feel is nonsense) and pointing out how pieces of it relate to how I know myself and already have the tools to progress in my issues. I have rarely ever experienced someone who can decipher me, and its been unbelievably refreshing and helpful to talk to someone who just picks up on these things. Not only that, but seems to pull out of my mind things that were on my mind, but I hadn't directly brought up. I am excited to see how I can progress with her guidance, as at each step she has an actionable step for me to take.

I received my Bachelors in English and my Masters in Social Work from Valdosta State University. My therapeutic approaches are not one size fits all. Kendra has been so helpful! Although I came to her with a specific event that I wanted to work through, she has helped me with many different topics/areas I was struggling with, and does it all in a friendly relatable way.
