Bonnie provided excellent care during a crazy transition in my life. I was having anxiety about moving across the country (and all that entails) and finding a new job. She was compassionate and kind, but she also didn't hold back on telling me what I needed to hear! She gave me several worksheets for targeting the issue as well as sharing books I could use for continued growth in my mental health self care. I would love to stay with Bonnie as my therapist but after moving started, I no longer can. Thank you, Bonnie, for everything you have helped with. I'll miss talking with you and I'll remember your advice. :)

Bonnie was very responsive and helpful. She’s a great listener and really attentive to you. She brought up points that needed to be brought up but did it in such a way that it didn’t feel like she was shoving the point down your throat or passing judgment. She definitely does not pass judgment!! Thank you Bonnie!!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Bonnie has been great! I’ve had other counselors in my past however, she has been the best one yet. She is very empathetic, caring, patient and truly strives to do all she can to see improvement throughout the counseling period. I would definitely recommend her and if my counseling needs to be extended, I will certainly request to have Bonnie again. Thank you for all that you do!
