As a seasoned therapist, I am licensed in the State of Florida (LCSW), have had training as a Life Coach and have been practicing for over 30 years. I have worked with with a wide range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, career and parenting issues. My credentials include a Masters in Education as well as a Masters in Social Work. I believe my treatment approaches are comprised of a toolbox of methodologies to match the needs of my clients and include: client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho-social, solution-focused modalities and I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to you.
