Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience in treating people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life. I use a strengths based approach when treating my clients, believing that we all have tools within us that we can use to help during the bumps in life and sometimes need a guide to help us use these tools. As a therapist I hope to be a partner in healing and growth.
