My name is Brett Lieberman. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. I am currently a doctoral candidate who completed my Master's Degree in 2009 from Capella University. I am often referred to as a person-centered therapist because I believe you are the expert in your life. Nothing in your life is so bad that we can not overcome it together. My job is to help you move from where you are now to the place that you are hoping to go. I will not tell you what to do. Instead, I will help you make the healthies decisions for yourself. We will work together to get you the life that you have been hoping for. Everything we discuss is safe. Within legal exceptions, our discussions are shared with no one. So, let's work through all you need to, together.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
