Cindy is very good at peeling back the layers to expose the root cause of the issue, which then lets you work on that, rather than losing time trying to fix the “perceived” issue.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Only a few sessions in and I’m feeling more positive already.
I just started working with Cindy and so far it has been better than I expected! She listens sincerely and always has great ideas and advice. I also love that she will send me worksheets and self help assignments even days after our session. I can tell she genuinely is here to help.

So understanding! Feels like somebody I’ve known forever
So wonderful and kind and such a weight off my shoulders to have that support, someone who understands and gives me insight and perspective that I wouldn’t have seen or considered on my own. It’s really more valuable than I ever would have known if someone hadn’t strongly suggested it when I needed it most
Cindy has helped me with building myself back up again. She guided me through exercises and discussions to reflect on my past, something of which I had a hard time working through before. I have been able to accept my past and give myself the opportunity to better my future. Her kind nature is contagious and has helped me see myself through a kinder perspective.
Grieving for a loved one is very tough. I am very happy that I found Ms. Cindy Milas. Her guidance, insight and counsel helped me get through some painful times. Now I see that recovery is possible and I am optimistic about what the future holds.
