Molly has been such a light in my life. She truly cares and has helped me through the toughest times in my life. I feel like a new person after using Molly as my counselor. She really listens and helps me work on the root of the problem. She has taught me how to retrain my thoughts into positive rational thinking and Has taught me tools i can use to continue working on myself. I love that Molly follows up constantly And calls you out on your BS. She’s such a sweet and down to earth person and talks to you like you’ve been friends for years. Hi, I'm Molly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with 15 years of experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and their families.

I believe it is often our past experiences that make-up our present and it influences our future. Through these experiences, we fashion our own individual stories. I strive to help individuals freely and openly unpack throughout the therapeutic process. I look to help each individual experience growth in their present and seek hope for their future. I use person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and a psychodynamic perspective to fit each client’s individual needs.

I look forward to working with you!

Molly is the most down to earth, lovely person. I love that she's gentle in her approach but not afraid to call me out on the stuff I need to work on. She always follows up on things we've talked about and gives me very reasonable homework so that I can practice what we discuss. Highly recommend Molly!

Molly has been a fantastic therapist! I was feeling so lost and confused prior to starting therapy. In our first session Molly instantly recognized an issue that I couldn’t tell was a huge roadblock in developing a relationship. Over the past few months, Molly has helped question my old ways of negative thinking and on other aspects of my life to the point the people closest to me noticed how much more focused and confident I’ve become. I appreciate the all progress I’ve made with Molly and I wish I had gone to therapy sooner

I’ve done years of therapy and this is the first time where i’ve actually felt listened to and talking to someone who actually cares. Molly is the best therapist I’ve worked with and still continues to care after sessions. I recommend her to all my friends.

After just two weeks, I can confidently say that Molly has been amazing!! In my 32 years I have needed counseling support before but have never had an individual who cared and would listen to my needs like molly does! In such a challenging and unsure time, I’m glad that one thing went right, and I can get help and be on my way to feeling like myself again. There really aren’t enough words in the dictionary to say how thankful I am for everything she has done and continues to do for me!!

Molly has been absolutely AMAZING!! She has been such a great help with my anxiety. I had a severe panic attack and couldn't control it and I messaged her at around 10pm about it and she called me and walked me through it. I appreciated that so much! She let's you talk and vent about things you need to let out and she actually listens. Its like talking to a friend. I highly recommend Molly. She is awesome!
