After working with Sarah for approximately two months concerning things such as anxiety and self-esteem, I have found her to be extremely helpful and have found our sessions to be greatly insightful. Sarah is extremely easy to talk to and she creates this safe and nonjudgmental space to have these types of discussions. I have found that even just after a couple weeks of working with her, I have noticed my anxious thoughts improving and becoming less frequent, thanks to the tools and insight she has given me to help better manage my anxiety. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to get a better outlook on their life and wanting to tame their anxious thought process. Thank you so much for everything, Sarah!

I have found Sarah really easy to talk to, she isn't judgmental and creates a safe space for me to open up in. I find her advice helpful and I have definitely found she is great at guiding my thoughts, rather than telling me what to do she guides me to discover these things for myself. She seems to genuinely care about helping me whilst remaining professional. I would recommend Sarah to others. :)

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Sarah is absolutely lovely, she takes time to listen to what is most important to me. She offers me a variety of techniques to use and see if they work for me and works with me to see the best way I can benefit from it. :)
Sarah is very attentive and levels with you when it comes to confronting your problems and anxiety. She's given me tools to work towards resolving my issues and has given me the confidence to do what needs to be done and make the appropriate changes in myself.
My Sarah, is very attentive, pays very close attention to the words I speak and calls me out on what I never realized was a problem, I continue to book with her because she is very thorough and always follows through! Very professional and is a huge benefit to better help!
