I have experience working with clients of all ages and a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, relationship issues, ADHD, and adjustment issues. I have years of experience providing individual and family counseling.
I believe in using a strengths based perspective to help you reach your goals. My style is interactive, accepting, and focuses on empowerment of the individual. I am honestly shocked to find how far I have come since I started talking with Rebecca. Rebecca has been a wonderful counselor, she provides useful worksheets to better understand the things you are going through and is very responsive.
