I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice working to help clients develop the necessary insight and skills that lead to a fulfilling and productive life. I provide a combination of psychotherapy and life coaching for individuals, couples, and families. My psychotherapy training and personal experiences raising a child with special needs has led to my passion of helping others overcome life's challenges. No matter how much we plan out our lives, it never works out the we expect it to. My approach to supporting you is two-fold: I provide you with the tools, skills, and resources you need to achieve your goals, and I help you develop the necessary insight and coping skills so you can improve your emotional health.
I received my BA in 1993 from Clark University in Worcester MA and I completed my masters in social work at NYU in 1995.
I look forward to helping you move forward and live the life you want!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Wonderful counselor
Jennifer Iannuzzi is very informative and a good listener. She made some compelling points towards the roots of my anger and insecurities that I, myself, couldn’t figure out. With doubts of using therapy to assist me with my mental attitude, I realize that these doubts of mine were unnecessary and I should’ve give it the benefit of the doubt. I am truly learning about myself and knowing that someone like Ms. Iannuzzi is helping me with those feats.
I have only been in counseling once before and did not like the one I had which is part of the reason I stopped going and I did not feel comfortable trying to switch. From my first meeting with Jennifer, I could already tell she was totally different. We have only had a few sessions up to this point and has been really helpful.
