Kenneth is very experienced and offers a wide variety of helpful insights. He is very present and calm in sessions, always punctual and genuinely invested. he can think outside of the box and keeps excellent notes and pays attention to details. I feel very safe opening up and building a trusting long-term relationship.
He’s great.
My therapy experience with Kenneth Lingle is the best I have had so far. With his help, I have made incremental changes in my life, and he has helped me process my past experiences. Most importantly, he has helped me navigate daily life armed with actionable models that help me understand how past plays out in the present, which has been tremendously helpful.
Helped me a lot, he listens and makes the space feel safe.
Great to work with. Responds with good info
Kenneth is a calming presence, he will listen closely and give his response in a thoughtful and informed manner. He is always compassionate and validating, but will also allow space for self-reflection. The longer I work with him, the more our connection grows.

Ken has a kind manner. He is a considerate and patient listener who has helped me with his thoughtful insights. He instantly made me feel comfortable. He was open to my thoughts and adapted his approach to suit my individual needs. I am grateful to have him guide me through my journey.
At my darkest moment's he has really given me exercises that help me mentally. Slowly but surely I'll be on the right path!!!!
Ken is thoughtful and gives me an opportunity to share my feelings. He understands what I’m going through. I appreciate him very much.
Ken is always caring and listening. He provides me great reassurance and listens to me when it’s well needed. Ken also stays on topic and makes sure to ask if I’m comfortable before talking about something heavy. 10/10 in my book.
Ken is a great listener and I respect him for that

Really helpful and understanding, never felt judgment or anything i was not comfortable talking about. Great listener and therapist. I highly recommend his sessions.
Ken is a great listener. He has been attentive to my concerns, and allows me to vent without interjecting until I’ve gotten my immediate issues off my chest.
I started talking to Ken when the pandemic was at it's peak. He's been so understanding and helpful in navigating through my issues. I feel so lucky to have him in my corner......as I'm sure others are as well. He's a good man and wants to help.......I'm so thankful
Great therapist! I would highly recommend. His experience and understanding of daily dynamics has really helped me.

Mr. Lingle is very knowledgeable and supportive. He has a keen grasp on the issues and was able to help me see a different point of view in a short space of time. I would love to continue working with him but I am cancelling my membership for financial reasons.
Good soo far!
Ken is a great listener and a very experienced professional. As someone who is doing therapy for the first time, I’m very glad to be matched with a therapist that respects and guides me through traumatic experiences.
Ken is a great listener and very encouraging
I enjoy my sessions with Ken. He's a kind and keen listener, and provides good feedback.
Kenneth "Ken" has been a godsend and has really listened to me when I really needed someone to truly "LISTEN" to me. He allows me to speak freely and has an exceptional demeanor based on respect, kindness and humor. I can't thank him enough for helping me cope with my issues.
Ken is a great therapist! Extremely professional.
Great progress working with kenneth
Very good therapist John
Ken might not be the right fit, other than that I like him, but I'm not sure if therapy is what I need. I need to put my thinking cap back on!
Ken has been fantastic over the past months. He has enabled me to find a strong sense of calm, inner strength and confidence in myself. He regularly checks in between session, which has been greatly appreciated. He is professional, welcoming, calm, warm, empathetic, validating and understanding. I am very grateful for the sessions and would highly recommend. Thank you Ken!
Ken has been so great in the first two weeks, I appreciate his listening and providing resources
This is the first time my therapist hasn't intimidated or belittled my concerns. I am not afraid to tell him and I almost feel like he is the warm hug I needed and that's through the Internet. He is soothing, but also serious. I am happy about working with him and grateful he is willing to share his time and empathy with me.
Ken is a calm and reassuring voice of reason and insight that I didn’t even know I needed. He helped me through some difficult times.
Ken is awesome
Ken has made see things in a way where my choices make a difference and he allows me to feel what i really feel.
I had another therapist through BH before Ken and while she was nice I must say Ken is in another league. He is proactive with identifying root problems like childhood trauma and how to address it, sends materials with worksheet assignments, checks in by text regularly even on weekends, and is incredibly empathetic. He takes notes and really invests himself in your well being. I am incredibly grateful to him on my journey to improving myself and how I approach relationships. As a queer, minority woman I wasn’t sure I’d be comfortable with a male therapist but he goes above and beyond to both gently point out areas that may be contributing to my situation and also make me feel empowered to improve myself. He’s also flexible with scheduling and allows bi-monthly hour long sessions. Thank you Ken, you’ve given me a lot of hope regardless of what happens next for me in life.
Kenneth is wonderful and I look forward to our weekly sessions. Wish I could book longer sessions as we go in-depth easily and I loose track of time. Fantastic therapist!
I have worked with Ken for the past few months and would highly recommend. He delivers his therapy with a compassionate and empathetic approach and his guidance has been hugely helpful.
Kenneth L. has not only validated my feelings but also helped me realize constraints holding me back. He is truly helping me become the best version of myself.
So far, he is a good therapist. I haven’t had time to schedule video yet but I’m getting good feedback from him.
I very much appreciate Kenneth for his experience and guidance. Our sessions clearly show his care in helping me find a better understanding and solutions to the areas in my life I'm looking to improve.
He listens and offers good advice and articles.
Ken listens to me and I feel heard. He doesn’t make me feel like my thoughts and feelings are wrong but instead helps me understand why I might be feeling those things. So glad to have found Ken as a therapist.
Ken is a great therapist, always providing his full attention and consideration for any issues I had. He's warm and inviting, and I was surprised (because I tend to be fairly closed) how easy it was to share with him.
Ken is great. Professional and very understanding. I think he’ll be a great help to me.
Gives a lot of helpful feedback and understands situations better than I would have imagined.
Ken helped me during a really tough time and when I started talking about my problems he gave me his opinion and advise
Kenneth had been amazing. I’m so thankful and proud I’ve reached out for help and got Kenneth
Really like Kenneth. Very comfortable in talking to him. I feel like he gets me and understands my challenges and what I need to work on.
Ken is extremely personal, a great listener, and offers excellent feedback & incremental next steps that drive and sustain improvement. I'm thankful to be working with him.
I’ve found that since my initial talk with Mr. Lingle. I’ve found that just by being able even share my thoughts and emotions with him it’s made me much more relaxed and less anxious about harboring hidden issues and life trauma s.. It has given me a sense of clearity to see what kind of a man I’ll become when I’m finally through this rough patch in my life..
Kenneth is awesome.
Ken is a great guy who listens well and has experience with a lot of different topics regarding therapy. I would highly recommend him!
Great listener and a good start.
Very nice, good advice, and good listener
Ken's feedback is as thoughtful as it is functional! He is patient and kind! His knowledge of bereavement and anxiety are impressive. His background in Cognitive Behavorial Therapy is extremely useful! I have seen amazing results from Ken since day 1. A month into therapy with him has greatly increased my productivity at home, my relationships with my family, friends and coworkers. I am learning mew things all of the time thanks to his guidance. I highly recommend him! Thank you so much Ken!
Kenneth has been a pleasure to work with! He was very open to any suggestions I had and it was very obvious to me that the end goal of each therapy session was for me to feel better and reach a better me by pointing out my strengths. Each weakness can, if channeled correctly, become a strength. This insight was very uplifting for me. Thank you, Ken :)
Quality counselor, takes notes and helps you find the solutions you need. Willing to dive into any topic. Loads of knowledge and experience. Love this counselor.
It really is nice to have some one to talk to and really Listen to what is going on within me and to find some answers to my questions and ways to help improve my life , I have only gotten to Talk with Kenneth Lingle on video chat 2times so far and we have emailed a couple times but I feel it has helped me a lot to have Some professional help on the matters And just to know I can talk with some one about my Problems . I see hope for my future now. I am Grateful thank you.
Kenneth Lingle is admittedly my first experience with a therapist, but his compassion and professional manner was definitely everything I had hoped for. His approach is steady, slow enough to make certain he understands what problems you're dealing with and your feelings on the matter. But he is also firm, assigning achievable homework goals to ensure I continue to improve, no matter how tempting complacency can be. I can't say if he's the best of the best considering my own inexperience, but I'd definitely recommend him for anyone new to counseling. A fantastic example of a great first impression.
