Dr. Tormoen is a good listen as demonstrated by her summaries or our sessions. Part of understanding this therapy for me is that she is affirming what is happening as being a part of a process that is normal and give you thoughts and tools to work through some of it.

I've only had 3 sessions so for with Dr. Tormoen, but I feel comfortable with her. I'm not to sure how I feel about the video sessios, I know I would much rather prefer to be in person for my sessions. But overall very useful. I especially like the journal.
