I really recommend counseling with Jim! I had never sought counseling before, and I was doubtful that it would be helpful. However, thanks to the past few weeks of sessions with Jim, I have really improved my state of mind. He kind of acts as a thought detective - he will listen to you talk, and ask questions that give you great insights into when and how your thoughts become harmful. I am taking a break right now to work on some of the subjects we discussed together, but when I need more guidance in the future I will attempt to be matched with Jim again!
