My counseling style is supportive, interactive, and warm. I believe as a therapist that every individual from different walks of life deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My counseling approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focus, Family Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Humanistic.
