My name is Danielle and I am dedicated to helping to promote and improve Emotional Wellness. I am here to help support and walk alongside you as you work to make changes to your life and will help guide your personal growth as we collaborate to develop your personal goals. Health for your mind is important and I want to help you find balance in areas that can be difficult to navigate to bring emotional wholeness to your life. I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have been working in the field for over 17 years. I work with clients impacted by depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, healthy communication, stress management, grief, loss and trauma.
I draw from several different traditional therapeutic modalities and will work with you to determine the most useful interventions to use to support your growth. I will adapt my treatment approach to each individual client's needs and goals. It is important to me that you feel validated and comfortable enough to be able to participate (with me) in your journey of growth and healing. Having a safe space to work through thoughts, ideas and feelings is an important part of how to prioritize your health and happiness. I have significant experience with Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal therapy (IPT), Humanistic therapy, Family systems, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with children, adolescents to adults, either in individual, couple or family sessions.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I spend most of my time caring for and spending time with my 4 young sons. I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, yoga, and working out at the gym. I also enjoy music, good food, reading, and traveling.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Easy to talk with
If you rank all of the people on the planet based on their awesomeness…I’m fairly certain she would be on top.
Danielle is a very good therapist. She listens to my concerns, supports me on my weakness. Overall, Danielle is one I would recommend to others
100000/10... best therapist :)
I’m extremely happy to have worked with Danielle. I came to her with relationship and pandemic-related anxiety challenges. She guided me on how to improve the quality of communications with my husband and we identified actions I could take to minimize anxiety and improve happiness. I feel so much better after working with her for just a few months that I’m ending therapy now. You could say that she’s so good that she made herself obsolete. (grin). She’s the first one I’ll call if I need therapy again in the future. Thanks, Danielle!
Very helpfull
Danielle has been an outstanding therapist. From the very first moment we spoke, she has provided an extremely comfortable environment and knows the right questions to ask. She uses her own experience to provide more context in some of the ideas she shares and I find that very helpful. I am excited to continue this
First therapist I had that I felt could understand the nuances of my issue and tailors treatments for me specifically. I have loved working with her!
I absolutely love Danielle, it is easy to open up to her and she offers solutions.
Danielle is a fantastic counselor and has been such a pleasure to work with. She offers clear, thoughtful advice while also being very compassionate.
