Theldon is a great therapist! He was very helpful and a fantastic listener. After every session he summarized what I should work on next, and provided me with several resources that could be helpful to me including audiobooks, articles and novels.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

He is very funny and smart!
I've found my sessions with Theldon to be very useful. I didn't know what to expect from therapy in general and have a lot to learn about differences in techniques between psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, etc, but so far I think the sessions have helped direct me toward a way of thinking about issues that are positive and productive. I also feel like he is open and flexible about an individual's situation and has a combination of adapting to that as well as incorporating his own way of communicating.
