I stumbled upon Rachel at probably the lowest low ive ever had in my life. I was at the very end of my rope, i felt like i had all of my mental health resources exhausted. Id gone through a handful of therapists that just never seemed to get me. Once I started having therapy with Rachel suddenly i was able to organize my thoughts, reflect more accurately, worry less, and focus more. I went from crippled to empowered. I dont think itd be an exaggeration to say that she's one of the most important people in my life - she helps me prioritize my needs, prevents me from overthinking by refocusing me, makes me feel validated and emotionally safe, and with her help im currently in the most mentally healthy space in my life. Ive made changes in my thought processes that i thought werent possible for me, and the progress is dramatic. I am so incredibly grateful for her help and guidance.

Congratulations! It takes courage to ask for help. Hopefully we can work as a team to improve your perspective, way of thinking and overall approach to live. My name is Rachel Fuller and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor practicing in Southern California for the past 5 years. I grew up in the Philadelphia/ New Jersey and graduated with my Masters from the University of Pennsylvania. As a result I have the benefit of an East coast straightforward and honest approach mixed with SoCal creativity and compassion.

Life has changed for everyone over the past few months on a small or large scale. As with any disruption, many people are experiencing any number of emotions : anxiety, loss, uncertainty or depression. It is essential during this time that we maintain human connection and communicate our thoughts, desires, needs and feelings. I hope to provide support for clients of any age who are struggling, want to learn more about themselves or simply need someone to listen. I don't have a "cookie cutter" approach to therapy- I value feedback and flexibility to find the best fit for my clients.

I look forward to meeting you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Being new to therapy, I was really nervous about my first few sessions. Rachel's patience and understanding get me through my nerves, and I started to see immediate progress. She is a great listener and helps me self-explore to identify priorities or underlying emotions that I may not be addressing. In just a few weeks, I felt empowered to be an advocate for myself thanks to my sessions with Rachel. I'm excited to see my continued growth and am grateful for Rachel's support along the way.

Working with Rachel over the last seven months has been extremely helpful. Not only has she guided me and provided some helpful tools on how to work on some relationship issues, she has also helped me discover some other personal issues that were buried deep down I had no idea I had. Very helpful therapist.
