I worked with her for nearly 3 months and it has been life-changing. I've seen two therapists before her, but neither catered to my needs moreso than Rabiia Ali. I now recommend a trauma therapist to any and everyone, specifically Rabiia Ali!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Dr. Ali has really helped me already, even only after two sessions. I am so grateful for her and this service.

It’s been such a struggle to find someone I can talk to. I feel as though Rabiia is capable of helping me learn how to process the trauma I’ve experienced instead of just cope with it. She’s attentive and asks the questions I’ve been avoiding which have brought me to need assistance. Grateful to have found her!

I was assigned to the perfect person. She challenges my way of thinking and is helping me move in the right direction at a pace that works for me. She’s a good listener and always asks me questions that make me self reflect.

Reviewed July 2020

Rabiia was incredibly mindful in our first exchange on-the-phone dialogue, actively listening and offered compassion in her sharing. Ms. Ali has an understanding of my concerns dealing with childhood trauma, repressed sexuality, while understanding and contributing to the use of proper LGBTQ pronouns. Rabiia has offered me a space of visibility.
