I have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means I can help with just about any kind of issue, not just marriages and family issues. I have been practicing professionally for 7 years, and the approaches I use in therapy are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focus Therapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Practices, and Person-Centered Therapy.
