John is an amazing therapist who has not only helped my mental health tremendously, but also helped me create small or big goals for myself, and create a positive environment with a strong support system in life. Before I started having sessions with John, I was in a very dark place and felt hopeless and unsure of which direction I should go. John was very empathetic and understanding of how I felt. He is a very active listener and provided a lot of great advice and tools to improving many aspects of my relationships, health, and career. All of my sessions with him felt very personable and safe, like I was talking to a close friend. I write this after several months of sessions with John. At this time, I am a lot more content and confident now in not only myself, but the way I approach all of my personal and professional relationships. John greatly contributed to my positive progression, and I feel like I owe a lot to him. I highly recommend John as a therapist for anyone who felt as hopeless and down as I did, because he is an amazing person to get another perspective from. He's also great to talk to even if you're not depressed, and even if you just need someone to hear you out on other topics as well. Not every therapist is for everyone, but I think John is a good fit for most people who want help with being a better version of themselves. Thank you, John!
