Hi! You just made the single HARDEST and MOST IMPORTANT decision to feel better by asking for help.
My name is Jennifer. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been providing supportive counseling for around 20 years. This means I will listen to you, your problems, and challenges, so I can learn to better understand you. By understanding what you need and hope to accomplish, I will be able to help you with your current life challenges. This will help us to work towards making improvements that will help you feel better about yourself right away and in the future. How does that sound to you?
Initially, in therapy, it might seem like therapy is going slow as you share your experiences and I learn to understand your feelings and ideas. Hopefully, I will be able to provide some calming exercises, as well as some “short-term solutions” that will help you feel better right away. It is hard to function daily when you are feeling anxious and stressed and cannot concentrate on daily activities.
Life can seem so confusing and hard to navigate sometimes. Even though it feels like you are alone, you are not. Many people go through different stages in life and have trouble “finding their way”. You may find it helpful to know that I have experience being the “client” in a “counseling relationship” and I was very choosy about what I looked for in my therapist/counselor. I am a person who needs to know I can say absolutely anything to my counselor, and they will not think any less of me. I need to feel understood, validated, and that my therapist is genuinely concerned for my well-being. I hope you know I will be here for you in the same way. Together we can work towards understanding why you feel certain ways, finding peace and contentment in your life now and in your future. If all this sounds like a plan you would like to work on, let me know, and we can begin as soon as you like. I am looking forward to helping you feel better! Now some things you might like to know about me:

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She’s amazing and understanding, incredibly relatable and easy to talk to.
Jennifer is a great therapist. She has helped me so much, and offered me so much insight on myself. I literally don't know how I would have survived the last couple of months without her encouragement and support.
I love talking with you I always feel better when we talk
She’s great!
She is wonderful and deep. Its helpful that she had trauma in her life to better understand the needs of others.
Jennifer was very peaceful and helped me with my session. I needed to vent and she helped me.
Jennifer is extremely personable and amusing. Light hearted and relatable. You can tell she sees the human in you and helps in a variety of ways. I look forward to my sessions with her!
Jenn is a great therapist. I haven't had a ton of sessions with her, but she really tries to understand me. She's knowledgable and has given me a lot of advice. I appreciate her.
Jennifer is amazing and can really empathize with you. She's not big on being "clinical" so it's really easy to talk with her and work on yourself. I'm grateful to BetterHelp and my therapist for helping me in some of the hardest times of my life.
I love Jennifer. She is an amazing therapist and person to talk to. She helps me feel calm and confident. I truly respect her insight and thoughts on many topics. She is professional but also has a level of relatability I appreciate. She likes to have fun and not stay so serious which I love!!
Thanks to Jennifer I'm already feeling better and more confident in myself, and learning how to advocate for myself when I need to most. She's helping me navigate so many stressors and hasn't had difficulty keeping up! Knowing I can be open without being attacked, and picking up useful coping skills is really helping me in understanding my own self.
This woman deserves all the praise and awards in the world, she is an absolute god send. So down to earth gets right on your level and isn’t afraid to get real with you. I came to her in the absolute darkest moment of my life and even after just the first session I felt lighter and just overall like I could breathe again.
She is prompt, attentive and caring. An asset to those who encounter her.
A+++++
Jennifer is wonderful. She has a calm to her that I appreciate.
I like it
Jennifer is an amazing therapist! She has made me feel so confident in my decisions. She listens and always supports you no matter what you decide.
Jennifer has been a God send. Every single questionnaire and all the resources have guided my therapy in the direction it needs to go. I feel extremely comfortable during my sessions and know she’s available if I need her. I love aspects of self-care she emphasizes, and all of the worksheets and meditations have also been super helpful! I highly recommend her for anyone with GAD or OCD, or heck anyone in general!
Awesome therapist who actually helps resolve trauma.
When I started therapy with Jennifer, I was struggling hard with anxiety, my relationships and personal boundaries, and past traumas. She has been so patient and understanding and has given me so much more confidence in myself to set boundaries and take on a more assertive role in my life instead of feeling like I was stuck in life and couldn’t do anything about it. Now I’m back in school for something I really love, my communication skills are much better, and I feel like I’m heading in the right direction. I would really recommend her to anyone, especially women who suffered from abuse or trauma in their past. She is a wonderful therapist.
Jennifer has been the absolute best therapist I could have ever asked for. She has been my champion and cheerleader. I have reached a better mental state and am leading a more successful and functional life because of the time and dedication Jennifer gave to me. I will always be thankful and grateful for her expertise and genuine support.
Jennifer has been very supportive and understanding. She is easy to talk to and she is sincere in discussing issues. I would highly recommend counseling from her.
I have sought counseling many times and made some progress but never as much as I have made with Jennifer’s help in the last few months. Jennifer has gone above and beyond in helping me understand myself and work to get to a better place. I am thankful for Jennifer and her dedication and genuineness. She’ll never know truly what she’s done for me and how helpful she has been to my journey.
Jennifer is a wonderful counselor and has made a dramatic difference in my life in a short time. She is kind, honest, and truly helps you find practical doable tools to make changes progressively and to deal with grief, anxiety and depression.

Jennifer is an amazing counselor. Without her, I would not be where I am today. She has been the most supportive patient caring counselor I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about her.
So far I feel super comfortable talking to her . She understands and listens to me :)
Jennifer has really helped me get my head straight. I have a hard time setting boundaries as I have been extremely codependent my entire life. She had come to feel kind and nurturing in a way that I haven’t felt in therapy and Ive had a lot of therapy.
