Welcome! For the last seven years, I have been working in a community mental health setting with all ages and backgrounds. In doing so, I have gained experience in bettering the lives of people with depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-esteem issues, addictions and many others. My passion for counseling is driven by the small changes that lead to remarkable discover. In using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, your thoughts will lead the way in new behaviors and an improved mood.
