Jen is amazing. I worked with her for 6 months, took a a few years off and just started meeting with her again. She had a great bag of tools to share, and is a great balance of humor, seriousness and challenging ideas. I especially like the worksheets that have been shared and those stay with me as a check list should I need them. I can't sing her praises loud enough!

I have never found a therapist that I have enjoyed as much as Jen, and I have had very many. She understands me, there is never any awkward silence, and I never feel like my issues aren't important. Jen is fantastic. Being in Utah i was worried about being judged for my lack of religious practice. Jen has been very supportive and i have never felt judged. She offers a very relaxed environment and can be informal while still being professional.
