I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Texas with experience working children, teens and adults. I have experience working with survivors of abuse, youth in juvenile facilities and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With this experience, I have worked with individuals with a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, family violence and stress.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion during their counseling journey. With my experience, I have found that it’s best to meet people where they’re at and what they’re comfortable with. My hope as a therapist is to help you get where you want to be, feel what you want to feel and find the spark that was missing.

I will adapt my approach to meet your unique needs in hopes of achieving the outcome you desire. My approach combines strength-based, solution-focused and client centered therapy. We will work together to create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
