Lyndsey is one of the best therapists I’ve worked with! I feel so comfortable talking with her about light and heavy issues. She listens well and gives great advice. I love how she can pick out applicable analogies and analyze your problem properly. As a young woman, I feel at ease with her and look forward to growing with her.

Lyndsey is amazing! I love that talking with her seems like I’m talking to one of my friends! She’s professional but in a more casual way which to me is huge because I really feel like I can be myself!

Howdy! My name is Lyndsey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) I am licensed in the state of Texas and have 11 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have a passion for helping individuals work through personal, family, and occupational/educational stressors.

If you have lived life long enough, you KNOW life throws curve balls! We encounter a mixture positive and negative information and circumstances on daily basis. At any moment we can experience a change that leads us to needing assistance and support for the challenges and changes occurring in our lives. I believe pursuing counseling can be a difficult choice, but it's also a rewarding choice! Choosing to heal, grow, and find success truly pays off when it leads to increased satisfaction with self and improved relationships with others.

The journey of counseling is for you and about you! There is no wrong way to do you because it is your life. Counseling is an environment where you can be real and not have to fear judgment or criticism. We will look at where you are and where you want to be in order to create the outcomes you want to see!

I look forward to working with you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
