Working with Destinee Abrego has been life changing and I have gotten more than I ever thought possible from virtual therapy. The flexibility and convenience of scheduling is great and Destinee is great about responding quickly. As a therapist, she is genuine and deliberate in our conversations which makes it so much easier to open up completely. She doesn’t give generic feedback and I never feel judged on any topic we have discussed - which have ranged from childhood to work issues to sexual issues.
