Candace worked with me for the past year and I’ve seen amazing improvement in my mental health. I’m generally more happy and self confident and also feel extremely more capable of coping with life stressors and my triggers. I loved how she truly listened to my concerns and feelings first and helped me stay focused on my growth. Candace created a very safe and comfortable space for me to express myself. She suggested coping skills and strategies for setting boundaries that have helped me big time! Thank you Candace!!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

For it being my first time doing therapy, I was matched with Candace, and she’s been extremely wonderful, patient with me and has been nothing but truly amazing. Especially during my first time being insanely nervous, and unable or unsure how to speak. She has given me reassurance, and was patient with me throughout our first session. I am growing very comfortable with Candace, especially the recommendations, suggestions, and the listening given as well. I have appreciated everything candace has done and still do very much appreciate her as well. Realizing that this is a safe place and safe space to be able to speak about anything without judgment which has given me a relief and major appreciation for this.
