Kelly is great! I really like the way she does sessions. She's a great listener, great feedback, really thoughtful, and cares. She is really easy to talk to, really receptive, and sees things from different perspectives that are truly enlightening! Thank you Kelly! I have gotten a lot out of our talks and found a lot of healing.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Kelly is warm and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
Kelly is incredible at her job. She is extremely professional yet very personable and open during the session. She is a great listener and has made me feel so comfortable during our visits. I look forward to my sessions every week and she is always there for me when I need her. She is always able to bring out the emotions and thoughts in me that I didn't know were there just by taking the time to understand who I really am. I would recommend Kelly to anyone, anytime.
I have only had two sessions so far but I feel it is really helping. Even just having someone to talk to and feeling understood has helped me improve. My counselor is super friendly, and always responds as quickly as she can outside of sessions and provides me with resources to utilize outside of sessions which are helpful. I have also notices she makes an effort to remember things I have said previously. I am very happy with this service.
