I have been working with Debi for about a year now, and I find her to be a wonderful lady who offers very useful and encouraging solution-oriented therapy. Debi is a great listener who loves to hear stories and recalls a remarkable amount of small details, and genuinely cares about getting to know her clients. She also regularly checks in to see how you're doing even when the next session may be far off (super helpful for me as I am quite busy and can be forgetful about responding), and always takes the time to write thoughtful and engaging responses. Her cheerful personality always lights up our conversations and leaves me feeling uplifted, and she also follows up a lot of our sessions with informative worksheets related to some of the issues we discuss. If you're looking for a counselor who makes you want to be there, but also doesn't sugarcoat the struggles that come with seeking therapy, I highly recommend giving Debi Davis a try!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Debi is so attentive, upbeat and encouraging and it has made a huge difference in my mindset. She always has a new approach or idea to suggest on how to look at something in a different but accessible way. As anyone who is locked in an undesirable mindset knows, having the right possibility presented to you can feel like a window opening in a stuffy room! And add a little sunshine to that with Debi. I sincerely appreciate her steadfast but highly personalized and effective approach in helping me (to help me) become a better, more centered version of myself.

She took time to deeply understand me and my struggles, helped me to see things from a new perspective, and gave me specific actions I could take to aid in my personal growth. Following each live session I find myself beaming with positivity and I feel more deeply in touch with myself and those around me. Thabk you for all that you do, Debi!
