Hello, thanks for reaching out. My name is Kate. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with clients in therapy for 16 years. The clients I have seen have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I provide a warm, caring environment where people can look at past hurts/trauma, current life situations and changes/losses, relationship issues, self-esteem issues and their own questioning/wondering about life’s meaning and their own goals. I tend to use a client centered strengths based approach, helping the client obtain the healing in the areas of their life where they feel stuck. During this process, I use grief work, helping clients with coping skills, communication skills, setting needed boundaries, self-esteem work, and lowering stressors. My goal with you is to help you heal and meet your own goals and find your own sense of meaning. I look forward to working with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Life changing
Kathryn is a wonderful therapist.
Kathryn has helped me to grow immensely and has provided me with a vast mental toolbox to use in various situations. I have grown tremendously in the year and a half that I've been working with her and am truly a better person because of it.
I appreciate Kathryn's ability to understand what is important to me and her help in finding priorities.
Kathryn is very responsive and practical. She is nurturing and offers real, solid advice. Her suggestions can be applied immediately and are very effective. When talking with her, I feel like I’m talking to a friend over a cup of tea. I highly recommend her.
From the moment I had my first session. Dr. Bondura made me feel extremely comfortable. She is very easy to talk to. She helps me to look at my issues in a different way, and how to break things down for me to handle things easier. I have learned to relax and realize I am a very strong woman. I thank you Dr. Bondura you are a healer and a friend.
I can recommend Kathryn Bondura as an excellent Therapist. I sought professional help to process the break up of a long term relationship that included an engagement. I am older and I felt more comfortable speaking with someone my age so I requested a therapist in my age bracket. Kathryn's many years of experience made the therapy both thorough and efficient. I was provided tools and exercises that helped me process my most intense grief and loss. Kathryn quickly identified areas that I was able to work on to gain proper insight of my own strengths. She is cheerful and non-judgemental, easy to talk to.
Kathryn has helped me with issues that I originally needed help with and then helped me with things I didn't even think to even mention!
She is an absolutely incredible therapist. I struggled to find someone that I felt comfortable speaking to, and after multiple tries at therapy, I am so thankful to have found Kathryn. She is so helpful, and really provided me with excellent tools for managing anxiety, and working towards a happy and manageable daily life.
I definitely recommend my therapist Kathryn B. She is very engaging and has helped me tremendously. She makes me feel comfortable and safe when sharing.
Kathryn is a great therapist. She listens well to your problems and gives very helpful solutions. I feel more confident in myself.
Kathryn has had an incredibly positive impact on my life and well-being. We started our sessions when I was struggling with my life purpose and other career-related issues and she was the perfect person to be matched with. Since beginning our sessions, I've become much more confident, self-aware, and at peace with myself. She is very thoughtful, attentive, and isn't afraid to challenge my perspective or thinking when necessary. Kathryn is very personable and I feel that she truly cares about my success and happiness. I can't recommend her enough.
I’m have grown!
Kathryn is very experienced and understands the needs of her patients.
I really appreciate the session I had with Kathryn. She asked exactly the right questions and was empathetic to my situation. She gave me new perspectives that were very helpful to consider.
Kathryn utilizes the perfect blend of actionable and pragmatic strategies with a healthy dose of empathy and compassion. She establishes a focus for each session and provides an opportunity to reflect at the close. Additionally, Kathryn makes excellent use of the abundant resources available through BetterHelp to enhance the therapy experience. This seamless incorporation of additional assistance truly allows the client to take ownership of their therapy. In closing, I highly recommend Kathryn for a comprehensive BetterHelp experience. She is worth every penny of the membership. You’d be well served by Kathryn shining a light to help guide you on your journey.
Kathryn was extremely kind and helpful! I would highly highly recommend her to anyone. She is a really good listener but also tells me what I need to hear not just want I want to hear. She’s helped me work through a lot and given me great tips and tools to continue working on my stuff. I can tell she is very well experienced. Thanks Kathryn!!
The best!
Kathryn came to me as my therapist at a point of time in my life where I wasn’t sure where I was heading. She was great to work with. Unfortunately due to a move on my end I need to change but I am at a place where I feel more confident about going ahead with having the time I had spent with her. She’s amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.
Kathryn is truly wonderful to work with. She creates a comfortable environment for you to open up in and helps you leave each session with practical takeaways, which I often think back to and use to ground and center myself outside of our sessions.
Kathryn is excellent, I’ve been in counseling both in-hospital and out of hospital for 40 years and I can say without hesitation she has helped me tremendously. Throughout my grieving process and with the loss of some of my physical ability’s, Kathryn is showing me how to live in my new environment. Kathryn is one of the best counselors I’ve had.
Kathryn has been of great help working through some of the underlying causes of my anxiety.
I had considered staring therapy for years, but 2020 and a short-but-unhealthy relationship tipped that quickly into the realm of needing help. Without knowing what to expect, I went into the first meeting rather skeptical that it would be a good use of money. Almost immediately, I could tell that it was worth it. Kathryn was able to listen, understand the core aspects behind what I was saying, and return feedback in an incredibly eye-opening manner. She went beyond just helping in the moment and took it to a much more educational level that could be used for the rest of my life. My last session was today after thirteen weeks and I have a whole new set of tools to help me live with a much, much, much healthier mindset than I had a few months back. Although this is my first experience seeing a therapist, I can say with full confidence that the person who will be filling my spot is lucky to be placed with Kathryn.
Kathryn helps me to better understand my emotions which in turn gives me a better perspective for decision making
Kathryn is a excellent clinician that really listens.
I found it was easy to open up to her. She is guiding me. Asking me questions and not answering for me. She has me do the work!
Kathryn is pure gold. I am so grateful to have been paired with her. Her skills and prior experience are very aligned to what I was seeking help with, and she has a wonderful way of making my concerns and challenges seem manageable. Her tangible, practical advice, combined with her personality and non-judgemental approach to therapy are just a few reasons why I would recommend her to a friend.
I highly recommend working with Kathryn - she was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and really made me think. She was compassionate and helped me learn to question the right things about my situation. I was able to hone my communication skills, speak my truth and set appropriate boundaries. Thank you Kathryn!
Kate really helped me work through some past trauma and get past some negative thoughts. She helped me develop ways to cope with my anxiety. She was very warm and cares about her clients.
Kate was an excellent therapist - and a very good listener. She helped me sort through the many thoughts in my head and directed me in a productive way. She had a warm demeanor and I highly recommend her services.
I have been in therapy for many years but Kathryn is one of the best therapists I've had. She has a warm and gentle spirit and is very easy to talk to. She provides a good mix of honesty and comfort during difficult times which I have appreciated a lot during the pandemic. Additionally, Kathryn has an innate ability to look at both the big picture of your life and the tiny details -- she will really commit herself to understanding you and your past. I think Kathryn would be a great fit for anyone, but you should definitely consider working with her if you want someone to listen attentively and provide genuine feedback of your thoughts in a supportive manner. Also, she will always ask you what you take away at the end of the meeting which is helpful to solidifying your progress. She is simply the best and I am very thankful for our time working together.
I truly believe that Kathryn is hands-down the best counselor for many different types of people. Not only is she an outstanding giver of advice, but she is most likely the best listener that I have come in contact with. I have never felt as though I have wasted a minute of my time with Kathryn receiving irrelevant information/advice because she is such a good listener that she usually understands your situation after hearing it for the first time. She is very invested in her clients and easily gives 100% into her sessions. Not once has she ever been late to our sessions, but rather 5-10 minutes earlier than our agreed start time. She is very, very responsive if you message her, and understanding if sessions need to be moved. She makes time for her clients and tailors her schedule to their needs. Kathryn is extremely insightful and provides you with advice that is not generic but actually helpful and applicable. She is humorous, friendly, warm, and a very hard worker. I would not hesitate to book sessions with Kathryn if you are looking for someone who is reliable, thoughtful, understanding, flexible, and accommodating, this counselor is just the one for you!
Kathryn Bondura’s approach to helping me sort out my mental state, has changed the way I look at life. I strongly recommend everyone to talk to someone like Kathryn once a week!
Great and tries to even work around my work shedual
I have had about two months of sessions with Kathryn and we have made great progress together. She is really warm and also honest, which is necessary, even when you don’t want to hear it. I have been in therapy for three years now, but I still learn new things about myself and new techniques to use to cope with my mental illness, as well as navigating relationships with family and friends. She’s been wonderful to work with. She remembers what we talk about week by week and is pretty darn good at listening, as well as effectively communicating what she recognizes in me and the things I bring to her to talk through. She always ends with asking me what’s one thing I’m gonna take away from our session. Thanks Kathryn!
She's awesome.
