Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Amy is amazing
Amy was easy to connect to.
Amy is amazing, helping me live my truth each day!!
Sweet, professional and caring. Amy is fantastic at helping you set goals and achieve them. I've grown so much since seeing her. Couldn't say enough positive things about her.
She’s the best!
One session with Amy was enough to make me feel comfortable talking about my problems. Amy listens to you no matter what, but it's how she interacts with you that makes it a positive experience. She is able to talk to people as if she was a close friend or parent but KNOWS when to advise and give advice as a therapist. She also helps you with setting goals and sending you positive videos, audio, etc. if she thinks it will benefit you. What more can I say? She's great.
Amy helped me work through an emotional spiral that had me chasing my own tail. But she didn’t tell me. She helped guide me to it in realizing it for myself. She even continued to check on me months after my issue had been resolved. Thank you Amy!
Living with Major Depressive Disorder has been challenge for a long time in my very short life. Amy has worked with me for the better part of three years, and i have gained a meaning relationship, reconciliation with my father and bought my first home. There is no cure for mdd, but if you have been prescribed medication, you must take additional steps. The first step is therapy. Amy George has been more than just a step. She has been my advisor, mentor and friend. Thanks Amy!
Any is super great. I felt she truly listen and is compassionate of your feelings. Didn’t get to spend to much time but I have to say talking to her sure feels great.
Amy is always punctual. She listens to my problems and concerns and gives good, caring advice. She is sympathetic and very helpful.
Amy is wonderful. I think we are a great match
Amy is the first therapist I fell 100% comfortable with. She is the only therapist l have been consistent with and I have not once ever felt like I want to quit therapy… This is big for me as I normally do walk away from therapists. She listens to me and gives me the best advice. Amy has helped me though so many issues from my past and present. Amy is very understanding and not only listens & gives good advice but she provides resources to help with coping strategies, provides reading material and even videos that assist with issues at hand. 10/10 Recommend!! Amy is AMAZING!!
Amy takes the time to really listen and she has met my needs for therapy with unparalleled compassion and empathy.

Thankful for Amy who is a great listener but also offers sound support and insight into the topics being discussed.
So far, I really like her...can't wait to see where this journey takes us...
Amy has listened to all of my problems and has helped me think about them more myself. She has helped express my thoughts and feelings to those I love the most.
Working with Amy has been a real blessing in my life. She has helped me to get a fresh perspective on my concerns so that I can handle them in a more conducive and self-loving way. She makes me feel understood and valued for the self-improvement work I do. I’d recommend Amy to anyone!
I have only been working with Amy just a short while but the times we have chatted I leave the session feeling relieved. It’s refreshing to have someone that actually listens to my concerns and gives great feedback. When I am having a rough day she responds to my messages on a timely manner. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone!
She is so nice and understands my concerns. She helps me in a variety of ways and helps me realize my problems are stemming from other things
Amy is amazing. She saw things in me that I didn’t know was there
Amy is a great therapist because she listens to what your problems are and she tries to take it step by step and really tries to work with you and talk with you.
Amy is the first therapist I've had through better help and the first I've had as an adult. She's very supportive of my gender identity and my sexuality and has helped me in ways I don't think I've even realized yet. She's super kind and I'm grateful I got someone so understanding.
Amy George has been a life saver. She provides a safe place to process, practical techniques for emotional relief and truly believes in me. She is by far the best counselor I've had, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone struggling during this pandemic or otherwise!
I am so happy to have Amy as my councilor. She is truly a wonderful person and is extremely compassionate, caring, and so easy to confide in. She also makes great recommendations of things to follow-up on, as well as books and new techniques to try out. I really value the conversations we’ve had and look forward to more!
