I've graduated with my Ph.d from Robert Morris University focusing on improving quality of life for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I received my masters in clinical counseling from Waynesburg University. I've worked with all ages from preschool, school age , young adults and adults. I enjoy supporting individuals transition from childhood to adulthood. I've work directly with coaching parents with behavioral modification with children. In addition, I have worked with adults with history of trauma from abuse/neglect/ptsd.

My counseling style is client centered. I believe everyone has a story to be told and will help you write it. I am grounded in humanistic counseling and pulls from other techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavioral therapy. I use creative techniques in order to help express oneself. By working together we will create your unique story and develop a healthy future.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
