Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Alisha is helpful, genuine, and has the ability to guide me without making me feel judged.
Alisha is so great! She was so easy to talk to and always pushed me to see the positives in myself! I sometimes wish we could be friends in real life.
Alisha has helped me through a period that I was unsure I couldn’t get out of on my own. She’s very respectful and I like her way of counseling! She doesn’t make me feel like a patient or like there’s anything wrong with me but makes me think deeper about why I feel the way I feel. I would highly recommend Alisha if you want change.
Alisha is a source of steady support, listens well, provides helpful suggestions and has helped me make improvements in my life. I recommend working with her.
I have enjoyed my sessions with Alisha. She has provided tools that I take with me to help deal with everyday and unexpected mishaps in my life. She validates my feelings, but also helps me understand how to accept things I cannot change and ways to cope. I feel very comfortable talking to her and look forward to her providing new tools to navigate my life.
