Every since our first meeting she’s been incredibly thoughtful and kind and helps me address not only the immediate stressors that may be triggering my anxiety but my longer term visions for my mental health and life as well. I am a dually licensed professional clinical counselor and marriage and family therapist with over 5 years of experience ranging from couples counseling, family work to individually focused therapy focused on managing significant depression and anxiety. I enjoy supporting clients as they walk through different ages and stages in their life and celebrate with them when they achieve that "ah ha" moment. I live by the golden rule of treating others the way I wish to be treated and approach each session with this in mind, full of respect and free of judgment. My counseling style is collaborative, systems focused and strengths based while also drawing from CBT and DBT. It takes a huge step of faith to ask for help and I'm ready to support you as you take more steps forward on this journey!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
