For the first time I feel like I have a therapist actively working to help me get to a better place. I like how we set goals and work towards them, while also leaving space open for other conversations and things that come up. I don't feel like I am just talking and then leaving a session with no change/help/plan. It is comfortable talking to Susan. She makes me feel seen, heard, and cared for.
