Ive progressed a lot in the last few months working with Jessica and feel like I've come to a pivotal point in my life where I have hope for the future and feel like I have the tools to handle the normal ups and downs of life and express my feelings and get out and start living life to the fullest.

More about Jessica

My childhood dream of talking to people all day has finally come true as a counselor. My mission is to intentionally empower others to thrive in whatever situations they experience or choose. I am particularly passionate about helping clients feel more engaged with life and encouraging them to make values-based decisions. I have experience with clients as young as 3 (and as old as 78) in community, college, court, and school settings. When not working, I volunteer, walk my pup, Sammy, and stay on the move as much as possible.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Ms. Jessica has been AMAZING! I've had prior negative experiences with therapy and was only following doctors orders when I started my sessions with her. I now can say that my experience with her has been completely positive and has encouraged me to continue my journey. I look forward to continuing to working with her!

Jessica has been very been very understanding and supportive while helping me to resolve a difficult issue in a personal relationship that I have encountered. She listens closely, develops an understanding of the situation, asks questions that change your point of view just enough so that you might see things a little differently, and she notices and acknowledges the positive steps you are taking and have taken to work through the issue you are facing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring and supportive therapist.
