Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
Brittney is excellent and listening to my concerns and helping me understand and establish boundaries
Brittney is great! She listens and is responsive to my struggles and concerns; helping me unravel and understand myself.
Brittney is very respectful and is an active listener. She makes me feel comfortable during our video calls and shows that she cares.
Even though it’s been one session so far, I feel like Brittney really understands me and wants to truly help me grow emotionally. I’m working on being more vulnerable within myself (before I actually can with others) so that’s where Brittney comes in. I’d recommend her to any man that has the same struggles with tapping into their deepest feelings as I do. I honestly believe that Brittney could get you there.
I’m am so thankful for Mrs Best! She is so down to earth and she really makes you feel as though you are being heard and that you matter.
